My Name is Jamie Arlain I was born in Bethnal Green East London. Born into a family of just girls at the time I was the only boy at of four sisters so my mum had no choice to put me into boxing ha ha.

I walked into my first ever amateur boxing gym globe town ABC at the age of 9 years old.
At the age of 11 years old I had my first ever boxing match then never looked back. I went on to have 45 amateur fights, boxing for Globe town ABC, NewHam ABC, and the Lion Club represented London & England Selected against Scotland.

My biggest claim to fame was boxing for London alongside undisputed heavyweight champion of the world Anthony Joshua. I then at the age of 21 years old turned professional. And was undefeated in 5 fights and just in my 4th professional contest picking up the British Challenge Belt defeating Andy Joicey over 8 rounds.

I then in 2016 picked up a nose injury and was told by expert doctors to retire from the sport it was a very hard decision to make. But having two beautiful daughters at home and a fiancé I had to call it a day.

I then went on to study my level 2 and 3 personal training course, and now do boxing session 1-2-1s, 2-2-1s 3-2-1s boxing classes and also amateur & professional seconds licensed. ,and now I help clients reach there goals and achieve the weight goals and teach them the art of boxing.

Jamie is a sensational PT.
